Welcome to the Loyalty Hub! We appreciate your loyalty to TLW Global, and we want to ensure you understand the terms and conditions governing your participation in our Loyalty Hub programme. Please take a moment to carefully read and acknowledge the following terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, kindly refrain from participating in the programme.

Overview

These terms apply to your involvement in the Loyalty Hub. They do not override any existing agreements you may have with TLW Global. We reserve the right to modify the Loyalty Hub rewards, terms, or policies at our discretion. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on www.tlwglobal.com. Your continued participation implies acceptance of these modifications.

The Loyalty Hub is designed for individuals aged 18 and above. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we handle customer data.

About the Loyalty Hub

Our Loyalty Hub is our way of expressing gratitude to our loyal customers. Earn and accumulate “Points” through purchases on www.tlwglobal.com, redeemable for discounts towards TLW Global products purchased via tlwglobal.com. The scheme is for VAT-registered companies on our standard discount terms via the TLW Global website.

Joining the Loyalty Hub

To join, visit www.tlwglobal.com, create an account, and provide essential information, including your name, email, password, country of residence, and marketing preferences.

Earning Points

Points are earned through purchases on our website and occasional promotional offers via the website only. Check your Points balance by logging into your TLW Global account. There is no limit to Points accrual, but we have a maximum redemption value of 10% discount per order.

Coupons Expiration

Coupons expire after 12 months from when they were added. Unused Coupons will be deducted from your account. TLW Global may adjust Points balances if fraudulent activity is suspected.

Participant Eligibility

The Loyalty Hub is for trade accounts on the TLW Global website on our standard terms. This scheme excludes those with additional rebate schemes, special pricing, wholesalers, distributors, or scheduled bulk orders.

News and Offers

Enjoy early access, exclusive discounts, and Bonus Point promotions as a Loyalty Hub member. Stay informed by opting in to receive promotional emails.

Miscellaneous

There are no membership fees, and Points hold no cash value. Points are non-transferable, and each participant is limited to one Loyalty Hub account. TLW Global may terminate accounts for violation of terms.

Changes and Termination

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or cancel the Loyalty Hub at any time without notice. Disputes will be governed by English law.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is deemed unlawful or unenforceable, it will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
