How to place an order

First things first, you must apply for a TLW Global trade account on our website (or via a phone call, if this is your preference) and be accepted before you will be allowed to view our prices and place orders.

Delivery and Returns

Our standard delivery for mainland England, Wales and Scotland takes two working days to deliver our products. This is available on most products if all items are in stock, where orders are placed before 2.30pm.

All returns to TLW need to be approved before they are sent back, otherwise we may not be able to guarantee a credit for yourselves.

These instructions are guidelines only. Read these instructions before installing the downlight. Please consult a qualified electrician.

Cut a suitable hole in the ceiling as per the cut-out details ensuring that it does not interfere with electrical cables, water/gas pipes or ceiling joists. See figure 1.
Carefully fold back any insulation materials so as to allow free circulation of air.
Remove the terminal cover on the driver by removing the screws, inserting a screwdriver into the front gap and prizing back the cover.
Connect the mains cable into the terminal block ensuring correct polarity is observed and that if stranded cable is used that all strands are terminated.
Re-fit the terminal cover securing the mains cable under the cable clamp.
Place the loop in loop out driver through the hole and into the ceiling cavity.
Fit the downlight into the hole in the ceiling with the 2 spring clips bend back. See figure 3.
Test the correct operation.
