Mainland England, Wales and Scotland
Our standard delivery for mainland England, Wales and Scotland takes up to 5 working days to deliver our products. This is available on most products if all items are in stock, where orders are placed before 2.30pm.
Free delivery for all orders over £150 (incl VAT) or £125 (excl VAT).
£10.74 (incl VAT) or £8.95 (excl VAT) for delivery to any UK business.
£9.95 to residential properties so please always state the business address.
For trade customers requiring goods urgently please contact the office for delivery options.
If you are a trade customer requiring a direct-to-site delivery, please contact us for options to reduce handling times.
Northern Ireland, Highlands and Isles
Our standard delivery for delivery to Northern Ireland, Highlands and Isles takes up to 5 working days to deliver our products. This is available on most products if all items are in stock, where orders are placed before 2:30pm.
Free delivery for all orders over £180 (incl VAT) or £150 (excl VAT).
£23.94 (incl VAT) or £19.95 (excl VAT) for delivery to NI, Highlands and Isles addresses.
Overseas deliveries need to be agreed and quoted for on an individual basis.
Bespoke items can take up to 5 working days for delivery.
All returns to TLW need to be approved before they are sent back, otherwise we may not be able to guarantee a credit for yourselves. To makes sure that your returns are dealt with smoothly and as efficiently as possible, we would kindly ask you to do one of the following:
Download the returns form and fill it in. Either email it to us at [email protected] or fax it over on +44 (0)1302 741942. It is an interactive PDF for ease of use.
If you have placed your order via the website, please use the returns button in the Order History section of your account or email in your order number to [email protected] and ask for a returns form.
Call +44 (0)1302 238129 between 7:30am and 4:30pm Monday to Friday and ask for a returns form to be sent to you.
Terms and Conditions
All returns must have been authorised by TLW and have the returns number clearly marked on the box.
If the goods are faulty, TLW will collect the items from you free of charge. We will make one attempt to collect them and, if unsuccessful, it will then be your responsibility to return them at your own cost.
Once the faulty goods have been returned and tested, a credit will be issued. If the items are found to be in perfect working condition the goods will not be credited and a returns charge of £14.95 will be applied and the goods will be shipped back to you or a 25% re-stocking fee may be applied if required.
If the goods are simply not required, a re-stocking charge of 25% may be applied to the credit and the return of the goods is your responsibility.
Special orders and bespoke made items are non-returnable unless faulty.
