First things first, you must apply for a TLW Global trade account on our website (or via a phone call, if this is your preference) and be accepted before you will be allowed to view our prices and place orders.

Once you have registered and been approved as a trade buyer, you will be able to view our trade prices. If you are a trade customer, you will be able to view the trade prices on the product pages. You can also view the cost of the prices including or excluding VAT using our toggle function.

Delivery and Returns

Our standard delivery for mainland England, Wales and Scotland takes two working days to deliver our products. This is available on most products if all items are in stock, where orders are placed before 2.30pm.

All returns to TLW need to be approved before they are sent back, otherwise we may not be able to guarantee a credit for yourselves.

Featuring 120 LEDs per metre, the 12v 9.6w Side emitting LED tape is an edge lit tape suitable for curves and radiuses. The 9.6w edge lit strip is available in warm white or natural white. Easy to install, the strip light comes with 3M VHB tape on the reverse.
