LED lighting manufacturer TLW | The Lightworks is delighted to announce that they will be appearing at the forthcoming kbb Birmingham 2018 show at the NEC between 4th and 7th March, 2018.

kbb Birmingham is the UK’s largest gathering of the world’s best kitchen, bedroom and bathroom brands, and the established industry gathering with over 400 exhibitors. This will be the fourth time the lighting manufacturers have featured at the biennial show since their first outing back in 2012.

The organiser of KBB has just announced the themes which the show will be based around. The show will explore the themes of society, disruption as opportunity, materiality and ‘future or fad?’ following the huge success of its 2016 theme #futurekbb.

According to the organiser, the show will predict ‘forthcoming trends and challenges facing the UK’s retail, design and development communities’ that have been recognised by their partners AMA Research.

Topics looked at within the theme of society include early adopters and urban dwellers pursuing small-space design with attention on wellness fuelling consumer aspirations. Disruption as opportunity will explore the stagnating UK house prices and increasing bathroom sector imports.

Materiality will focus on the worktops that are currently dominating the UK kitchen market, and British consumers who are becoming more knowledgeable and discerning when purchasing worktops.

While ‘future or fad?’ will look at how virtual reality is transforming KBB showroom buying behaviours, and how the ‘internet of things’ (IoT) is fast becoming a household phenomenon.

TLW will occupy stand M111 throughout the four day event which is now taking registrations for tickets. For more information please do not hesitate to contact the TLW team on 01302 741941 or drop us an email.
