The TLW team would like to thank our existing and new clients for your support during 2021. We have enjoyed working with you all this year and we are excited at the significant opportunities that are ahead of us next year.
2021 was a fantastic year for TLW. We celebrated our 25-year anniversary of selling innovative lighting solutions in September with full staff meal and thank you gifts to all the team. TLW was founded in 1996 and to give an overview of the journey to date, we’ve created a history of TLW blog here.
In February, we announced the opening of our new purpose-built showroom and training centre at the TLW offices. Our showroom will is now used as part of our VEWacademy lighting training, holding sessions to teach our trade customers about our products, smart lighting as well as LED lighting in general. Our bespoke contract and project mirror and mirror cabinet offering from TLW called VEWmirrors was launched earlier in the year and resulted in thousands of mirrors now getting supplied into many contracts. You can find out more about VEWmirrors launch in our blog.
2021 saw our VEWtube YouTube channel triple in terms of subscribers and a massive increase in our total views of our channel, backing our commitment of imparting knowledge as a leading company in the industries we operate in. Throughout the year we have posted videos and blogs about LED lighting such as a guide on spacing bathroom spotlights, a bedroom lighting guide and what does LM mean in LED lighting. Our videos and blogs also uploaded included instructions for how to order or how to search on our website.
We launched our Amazon seller page to sell our best-selling products to a wider audience in September this year. Amazon joined our eBay seller page, which launched last year. Read more about our Amazon and eBay TLW seller pages.
TLW has been officially licensed by Signify’s EnabLED licensing program since October, which means we can use Signify’s patented technologies to speed up our product development and benefit from its knowledge of intellectual property. We have some exciting things to look forward to in 2022, which includes welcoming our existing and new clients alike onto our brand-new stand in March at the NEC’s Birmingham KBB 2022.
Our offices will be closed for the holidays from Thursday 23rd December to Tuesday 4th January. Regarding last order dates, please order any small bespoke orders before 20th December, larger bespoke orders must be placed before 15th December. Next day stocked orders must be placed on or before 21st December.
